Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using

  Java (Spring Boot)

  on the backend and

  React.js

  on the frontend.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

• Ensure security and data protection compliance throughout the application lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution.

• Mentor junior developers and assist in improving team productivity and code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's is a plus).

16 Years Full time Education with no Gap

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in

  Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.

• Solid experience in

  React.js, including Hooks, Redux (or similar state management).

• Experience building and consuming

  RESTful APIs

  and integrating with external services.

• Proficient in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

• Good understanding of

  relational databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ORM tools.

• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools like Maven/Gradle.

• Familiarity with

  Docker, containerization, and deployment to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of

  unit testing frameworks

  (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  NoSQL databases

  like MongoDB or Redis.

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical blog is a plus.
