Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Java Full Stack Developer

with

8+ years of experience

enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS

, along with experience in

MarTech integrations and cloud platforms

Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

Hands-on development and support for
enterprise-level J2EE web applications
.
Design, develop, and unit test
Microservices and Micro Frontend Apps
.
Work with
Spring Boot, ReactJS, and cloud technologies
.

MarTech Integration & Product Evaluation

Analyze and evaluate
MarTech products/tools/APIs
(e.g.,
Workfront, CI Hub, Digital Asset Management (Widen), Airship, Blue Conic, Media Ocean, Epsilon/Harmony
).
Conduct hands-on
R&D
and suggest the best solutions for organizational needs.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Provide
guidance, assistance, and mentoring
to junior team members.
Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and drive teams as needed.
Set customer expectations and ensure timely issue resolution.

Agile Development & Troubleshooting

Work in an
Agile environment
and contribute to
CI/CD pipelines
.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve
technical issues efficiently
.
Work with
Bitbucket, Oracle, MySQL, ORM tools, and Unix commands
.

Required Technical Skills:

8+ years of experience

Java Web/Enterprise development

. Expertise in

Spring Boot, ReactJS, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies (PCF)

. Experience with

Java EE, Bitbucket, and open-source Java frameworks

. Strong

database experience

with

Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools

. Familiarity with

Python scripting and Unix commands

. Experience working with

Agile methodology

. Excellent

troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills & Additional Requirements:

Strong

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to work

independently and in cross-functional teams

. Experience with

customer interactions and managing stakeholder expectations

. Passion for

mentoring and guiding junior developers
