Role Overview: As a software trainer based in China, you will be responsible for conducting software training at various NIC locations or any other NIIT cooperation. Your role will involve preparing technical curriculum aligned with NIIT Delivery methodologies, adhering to delivery plans to meet performance targets, and contributing to the preparation and upgrading of courses and learning resources. You will guide students to improve their performance and excel in programming contests, while actively participating in team initiatives for quality improvement. Collaboration with clients and students is essential, and you are expected to be an individual contributor as well as an inclusive team player. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct software training at various NIC locations or NIIT cooperation - Prepare technical curriculum aligned with NIIT Delivery methodologies - Adhere to delivery plans to achieve performance targets - Contribute to preparing or upgrading courses and learning resources - Guide students to improve performance and succeed in programming contests - Participate in team initiatives for quality improvement - Collaborate with clients and students Qualification Required: - Post-Graduation in MCA/MSc./M.Tech or equivalent Additional Details: The job type is Contractual / Temporary with a contract length of 24 months.
