Java Faculty

As a Software Trainer at our company based in China, you will have the following responsibilities: - Conduct software training sessions at various NIC locations or any other NIIT cooperation. - Prepare technical curriculum aligned with NIIT Delivery methodologies. - Adhere to delivery plan to achieve performance targets. - Contribute to preparing or upgrading existing courses and learning resources. - Guide students to enhance their performance and excel in programming contests. - Participate in team initiatives for quality improvements. - Foster good relationships with clients and students. Desired Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Java Programming & Software Development. - Web designing skills using HTML-5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. - Experience in teaching JSP-Servlet & Spring/Spring MVC. - Knowledge of Hibernate/MyBatis. - Database Management using SQL Server/MySQL. - Exposure in guiding students for Project development. - Familiarity with Big Data Technology and Machine Learning is an added advantage. - Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate effectively within a team. - Proficiency in Python programming & Django. - Hands-on experience in Data analytics and machine learning. Essential Qualification: - Postgraduate degree in MCA/MSc./M.Tech or equivalent. Please note that this is a contractual/temporary position for a duration of 24 months.
