Java Developer

Role Overview: The Engineering team is seeking a collaborative, passionate, and adaptable Java Developer with strong coding experience of about 2-5 years. You will be part of a team of experienced engineers facing lots of interesting challenges in Java, J2EE, and associated technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Micro Services, and Spring Boot. Your primary responsibility will be to build solutions that are easily configurable, deployable, and secure in a SaaS environment. You must have extensive experience working with Spring Boot and demonstrate strong hands-on development experience in Java and J2EE. Additionally, you should be able to identify, track, and mitigate risks to the product while planning and releasing product iterations on schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Develop solutions in Java, J2EE, and associated technologies like Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and Micro Services - Build easily configurable, deployable, and secure solutions in a SaaS environment - Identify, track, and mitigate risks to the product - Plan and release product iterations on schedule Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of coding experience in Java - Strong hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE - Experience with Spring Boot is a must - Technical skills in Core Java, Advanced Java, J2EE, Exception handling, Collections, Oops, UML, Oracle, Jenkins, Maven, and Linux - Product development experience in an agile environment is a plus - Highly tech-savvy and hands-on - Strong evidence of creating solutions/products from the ground up Additional Details About the Company: Zycus, a Cloud SaaS company, is a market leader in Procurement Software Suites recognized by Gartner.
