Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Core Java Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Java, multi-threaded programming, and building high-performance applications. If you thrive in solving complex problems and working with real-time systems, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain , and optimize Java-based backend applications . Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance code using Core Java . Work on collections, multithreading , and concurrent programming concepts to build efficient business logic. Utilize Java frameworks and JVM tuning techniques to enhance application performance. Conduct code reviews, unit testing , and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business analysts to deliver robust solutions. Design and work with complex database structures , stored procedures, and optimization techniques in Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server . Required Skills : Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development. Strong command over Collections Framework , Multithreading , and Concurrency ( ExecutorService , ForkJoinPool , etc.). Deep understanding of JVM internals , performance tuning, and memory management . Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures . Experience working with relational databases (Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server), including knowledge of: Indexing (clustered, non-clustered)
