Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BE, B Tech, MCA, MSc).
7-10 years of professional experience in software development.
Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, MVC, JUnit, Selenium, JavaScript, SQL, and testing frameworks like Geb/Spock.
Experience developing scalable web applications with a solid understanding of fundamental design principles.
Good to have experience with React or Angular, C#/.Net, and web security practices.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
Familiarity with software configuration management and version control systems.
Experience or understanding of healthcare IT software is preferred.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in agile, small-team environments.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across different geographic locations.
