Job Title: Java Developer (6-10 Years) Location: Bangalore Experience: 6-10 Years CTC: As per market standards Work Mode: Hybrid Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to design, implement, and maintain high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices , and experience in leading teams while working in a fast-paced development environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain multi-tier applications using Java, J2EE , and related frameworks. Develop and implement RESTful & SOAP Web Services . Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Struts , and Microservices architecture . Develop SQL & PL/SQL queries , optimize database performance, and design efficient schemas. Implement secure coding practices following PCI and OWASP standards . Participate in requirement analysis, architectural discussions, and high-level design . Lead a team of 5-10 developers , provide mentorship, and ensure timely delivery. Utilize JIRA, GIT/SVN , and other version control & defect management tools. Optimize applications for high availability and performance . Work on application & web servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, and other equivalent platforms . Collaborate with UI teams (ReactJS / Angular) for full-stack development. Required Skills: Core Java (Java 7, 8, 11) J2EE, Servlets, JSP Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Struts RESTful & SOAP Web Services Microservices Architecture SQL & PL/SQL Multi-threading, Object-Oriented Design & Design Patterns Application Servers: WebSphere, Tomcat Code versioning tools: GIT, SVN JIRA or similar defect management tools PCI & OWASP Secure Coding Standards Good to Have: JMS, EJB experience Working knowledge of UI frameworks ReactJS/Angular Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker for containerized applications Experience in high-performance applications
