Java Developer

You should have 2-4 years of experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms for critical functionalities. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for system analysis, design, and documentation. You will need to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize them efficiently. Managing project milestones and deadlines will also be part of your role. Your tasks will involve designing database architecture, writing MySQL queries, and implementing highly scalable multi-threaded applications. In terms of technical background, you should have a strong knowledge of Java, web services, and Design Patterns. Your logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and troubleshooting abilities will be essential for working on large-scale products. You must be an expert in code optimization, performance improvement, and have a working knowledge of tools like Java/Mysql Profiler. Your ability to debug, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions will be crucial. Knowledge of Regular Expressions, Solr, Elastic Search, NLP, Text Processing, or any ML libraries will be advantageous. Being a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills is key to excelling in this role. The minimum skills required for this position include strong programming skills in Core Java, J2EE, and Java Web Services (REST/SOAP). You should have a good understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Design Patterns. Experience in performance tuning, code optimization, and using Java/MySQL profilers is necessary. You should demonstrate a proven ability to debug, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Solid experience with MySQL and relational database design is expected. Familiarity with multi-threaded application development and search technologies like Solr, Elasticsearch, or NLP/Text Processing tools is preferred. Understanding Regular Expressions and data parsing is also required. Exposure to Spring Framework, Hibernate, or Microservices Architecture will be a plus. Experience with tools like Git, Maven, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous for this role.,
