Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Ability to apply design patterns and data structures and algorithms (DSA) to solve complex software engineering problems. • Utilize Kafka or similar message-driven architectures to enhance application performance and reliability. • Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability. • Design and implement microservices architecture, ensuring seamless inter-service communication and fault tolerance. • Create and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot Framework. • Employ Java 11 (or above) features, with a focus on stream API and lambda expressions, for efficient logic implementation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following best practices in software development. • Create relevant functional designs and documentation for showcasing solutions and providing them as deliverables. • Integrate and support third-party authentication systems. • Ability to create unit test cases and participate in security scan fixes. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Solid understanding of design patterns and experience with data structures and algorithms. • Strong proficiency in Java programming language. • Proven experience in developing Java microservices and a deep understanding of fault tolerance and inter-service communication.
