Job Title: Backend Java Developer (3+ Years Experience) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time  Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years) Department: Technology / Software Development Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Java Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate is proficient in Java (preferably Java 8 or higher) and has experience working with Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and database technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend components using Java and related technologies. Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and product managers to deliver robust software solutions. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug production issues. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in Java backend development. Strong proficiency with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA. Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git). Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito). Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker). Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
