Position: Java Developer Company: People Tech Group Experience: 5+ yrs Location: Bangalore Job Description: We are looking for a highly capable and technically strong Java Developer with hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in designing scalable backend systems, leading development teams, and deploying solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide the design, architecture, and development of Java-based enterprise applications. Drive implementation of Spring Boot microservices and ensure integration via RESTful APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project milestones and deliverables. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability on AWS. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best coding practices. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Strong understanding and implementation of RESTful APIs. Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.). Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to operate in a consultant or client-facing role and drive delivery. Preferred Qualifications: AWS certification (Developer/Architect) is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
