Java Developer

As a Java Developer at our globally recognized fintech company based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a Work from Office (WFO) environment. It is essential for you to possess a strong background in Java Development, Core Java, AWS, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, and RESTful APIs, along with experience in the finance sector. In this role, you will participate in software design and architecture discussions, work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams, and write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing application performance, troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, and maintaining version control using tools like Git. To excel in this position, you should demonstrate a strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, AWS, and Hibernate, as well as a solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software development best practices. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, web services, and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is crucial. Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle, version control tools like Git, issue tracking tools like JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. We are seeking a candidate with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
