Job Description: Experience: 10+ years in leading and managing development teams, providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery. Responsibilities: Participate in security meetings and lead presentations of technical solutions in architectural forums. Build high-performance, scalable, and robust applications. Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry-standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities. Mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to software quality standards and engaging in code reviews. Participate in incident awareness and support handling. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java (core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/Batch), Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins. Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and database concepts, including SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery, and XML Query. Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, Solace, etc. is a plus. Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development/project environment.
