Java BED Lead

As a Production Specialist Lead at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in maintaining process delivery by overseeing the daily performance of Production Specialists, addressing technical escalations, and nurturing technical proficiency among team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure daily performance of Production Specialists - Address technical escalations effectively - Foster technical proficiency among team members - Uphold process delivery standards **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in Application Development using Java and Advanced Technologies tools - Deep understanding of fundamental architecture, design principles, object-orientation principles, and coding standards - Ability to develop smart, scalable, and resilient solutions within strict deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in DevOps, CI-CD - Familiarity with source control, versioning, branching, etc. - Proficient in Agile methodology and Waterfall models - Extensive experience in Application Delivery, including Production Support - Excellent presentation and documentation abilities - Capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks - Knowledge of Release Management - Strong team player with effective collaboration skills - Ability to propose future technology capabilities and architecture designs aligning with business objectives, technology strategy, trends, and regulatory requirements **Must Have:** - Strong programming skills in Java 8 or above (preferably Java 17) - Proficiency in Java Collections and Streams - Sound knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms - Experience in developing secure Spring Framework applications - Familiarity with Spring DI/Blueprints, Spring Boot, etc. - Understanding of Design Patterns and Principles - Knowledge of OR frameworks like Hibernate, JPA, etc. - Proficiency in API building (Web Service, SOAP/REST) - Familiarity with Unit testing and code coverage using JUnit/Mockito In this role, your performance will be evaluated based on: 1. Process metrics like cases resolved per day, adherence to quality standards, meeting SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT 2. Team Management parameters such as productivity, efficiency, and absenteeism 3.
