Java Backend (With Camunda) Lead, VP

You will work as a Java Backend (With Camunda) Lead, VP at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India. Your role will involve leading the execution of various transformations within global teams, including Technology Transformation, Operating Model Transformation, and Workforce Transformation. This will entail transitioning to a new technology stack and architectural blueprint, fostering Agile collaboration, building capabilities, and promoting continuous learning and improvement. You will lead the delivery team by collaborating with others to understand requirements, design solutions, implement and test them, and provide production support. Using BDD techniques, you will ensure the right products are built by collaborating closely with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include writing high-quality code, working on various technologies, defining component architecture, ensuring software reliability, and supporting Continuous Delivery practices. In addition to technical skills, you are expected to have deep knowledge of modern programming languages, experience in test-driven development, familiarity with web technologies, and exposure to SQL, relational databases, and Kafka messaging. Experience in Agile methodologies, functional analysis, and automated testing is highly desirable.
