Java Backend Developer

As an ideal candidate for the position, you should possess 1 to 2 years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech in IT or CSE, MCA, MSc IT, or any related field. The work mode is onsite, and the shift timings are from 12 PM to 10 PM (Afternoon Shift). Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing complex algorithms for critical functionalities, conducting system analysis, design, and documentation tasks, obtaining performance metrics of applications to optimize efficiency, managing project milestones and deadlines efficiently, developing highly scalable, multi-threaded applications, ensuring code quality through unit testing, and maintaining high standards of code documentation and structure. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize tools and techniques for detecting and resolving memory leaks, including heap dumps and thread dump analysis for debugging and performance optimization. In terms of technical background, you should have a strong understanding of Java, web services, and Design Patterns. Your expertise should extend to code optimization and performance improvement, with knowledge of tools like Java/Mysql Profiler for profiling and optimization. You must possess the ability to debug, identify problems, determine root causes, and apply effective solutions to resolve issues. Experience in writing unit tests using tools like JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG is essential for ensuring code reliability and correctness. Familiarity with tools for memory leak analysis, heap dumps, and thread dump analysis is crucial for troubleshooting performance bottlenecks. Moreover, your skill set should include proficiency in Regular Expressions, Solr, ElasticSearch, NLP, Text Processing, or any ML libraries. Being a fast learner with exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities is highly desirable for this role.,
