About the Role

Java Backend

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
Spring Boot microservices
with
RESTful APIs
and inter-service communication via
Spring Cloud (Feign/Eureka/Load Balancing)
.
Model and optimize data access with
Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
and
MySQL
; tune queries and caching for performance.
Apply
secure coding
and API standards (
OAuth2/JWT
, input validation, exception handling,
Swagger/OpenAPI
).
Contribute to
CI/CD
pipelines, unit/integration testing (
JUnit
), code reviews, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum).
Troubleshoot production issues; drive performance improvements and reliability SLOs.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years
of backend development with
Java 8+
and
Spring Boot
.
Hands-on building
microservices
with
Spring Cloud (Eureka/Feign/Config/Load Balancer)
and
REST APIs
.
Proficiency in
JPA/Hibernate
,
MySQL
, and performance tuning (profiling, query optimization).
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
,
JIRA
, and
JUnit
testing practices.
