Description for Internal Candidates Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Back-End Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain server-side applications and services using [specify programming languages, e.g., Node.js, Python, Java]. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable applications. Manage and optimize databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). years of experience in back-end development.
