• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO for a week) or Remote
• Work Locations: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad-500072 / Baner, Pune

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based solutions.

• Lead the design and integration of healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and interoperability services.

• Ensure all application architectures comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare data privacy regulations.

• Collaborate with product, business, and security teams to define technical requirements aligned with healthcare standards.
• Define and enforce the best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance architecture scalability and compliance.
• Mentor development teams and perform architecture and code reviews.
• Support cloud migration and modernization of legacy healthcare applications (AWS /

  Azure preferred).

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture.

• Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Cloud-native architectures.

• Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards:

HL7, FHIR, DICOM, X12, CDA is preferred.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA and PHI (Protected Health Information) data handling.

• Experience integrating with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) or healthcare data platforms.
• Proficient with security best practices, OAuth2.0, JWT, encryption, and audit logging.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
