Japanese Language Trainer with Japanese Hons./ Masters/ JLPT N2

We are looking for a Japanese Trainer to teach N5 to N2 levels and guide students through JLPT preparation. JLPT N2 is required. A degree in Japanese or a related field is preferred. The role includes structured teaching, feedback, and exam-focused training. Teaching certifications or training experience are an advantage.
It is an onsite / offline role.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Japanese classes for N5, N4, N3, and N2 levels.
• Prepare students for JLPT through structured lesson plans and exam-focused strategies.
• Support learners with clear, constructive feedback.
• Track student performance and help them meet defined exam targets.
• Contribute to lesson planning and maintain strong classroom discipline.

Qualifications

• Degree in Japanese language, linguistics, or related fields is preferred or graduate with JLPT N2.
• Teaching certifications or training experience in language education are an advantage.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with adult learners.
