This role ensures that all processes related to water treatment, including monitoring, operation, and maintenance of systems, equipment, and machinery, are conducted in a safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant manner. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or a related industrial field. Skills: Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems. Experience in managing teams, supervising plant operations, and coordinating maintenance activities. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Good understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control in water treatment. Proficiency in using computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software. Role Summary: The O&M Manager is responsible for the overall operations, maintenance, and performance of the water treatment plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. This role involves supervising plant staff, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing plant efficiency, and ensuring uninterrupted water treatment and supply. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day plant operations including water treatment processes, pumping, and distribution.
