Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day plant operations including water treatment processes, pumping, and distribution. Supervise and lead the operations and maintenance team (operators, technicians, engineers). Monitor process parameters, chemical dosing, SCADA/DCS systems, and plant output. Ensure adherence to water quality standards and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
