IVR Genesys Developer

As a Genesys Developer, your role involves developing applications using Genesys web APIs, JavaScript APIs, and client libraries to build customized applications. You will also set up and maintain CTI environments for voice, email, and chat routing. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing voice and chat bots according to business specifications - Measuring, monitoring, and managing ACD performance - Integrating applications with Genesys softphone and CTI features - Operating as part of a DevOps team, deploying new capabilities while efficiently maintaining production solutions - Presenting your own and other developers" work to a broader audience - Leading the development process of a feature within a cross-disciplinary team - Working independently in a multi-disciplinary team with minimal support - Assisting junior team members with task completion, estimation, and troubleshooting - Collaborating closely with both business and technical stakeholders - Communicating effectively with the team regarding estimates, blockers, etc. - Producing application artifacts per SDLC, Agile, and DevOps audit requirements - Implementing high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions that are scalable and adaptable to future technologies - Participating in design & code reviews and managing deployments Your primary skills for this role include Genesys and BOT development, with secondary skills in AI.
