Role & responsibilities

Top notch-programming skills in Core Java and its framework.
Good understanding of OOPS concepts.
Good knowledge of MySQL queries.
Good knowledge of REST/SOAP API.
Knowledge of IVR Architecture.
Knowledge on IVR development and configurations
Experience in CISCO IVR and call studio flow.
Working knowledge on IVR environments and Operating systems.
Development exposure with backend systems integration with IVR via REST API/SOAP/any 3rd Party API Framework.
Basic knowledge of agile ways of working.
Extensive hands-on experience in building self-service IVR applications using VXML, Java.
Requirement gathering from business team and raising the requirement with the development team.
Managing Vendor Teams
Performing UAT along with business/product teams and delivery the projects live on time

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
5+ Years of Professional Experience in areas mentioned above.
Experience working with CISCO infra.
Experience in .NET.
Experience in Voice Gateways and Telephony systems.
