We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Developer with expertise in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Voice User Interface (VUI) design to support both enhancement of existing IVRs and the creation of new ones. The role requires strong analytical and technical skills to develop conversational flows, with a preference for candidates familiar with AI/CoPilot tools to help automate parts of the VUI creation process. High-level JD is as follows: 1. IVR/VUI Design Experience Proven experience in designing intuitive, user-centric IVR and Voice User Interfaces, including mapping call flows and defining user prompts. 2. Hybrid BA/Developer Capability – Ability to gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and implement or prototype solutions within IVR platforms. 3. AI/Automation Tool Exposure – Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub CoPilot, conversational AI platforms, or similar solutions used to accelerate voice interface design and development. 4. IVR Platform Knowledge – Hands-on experience with Cisco IVR (CVP, ICM/UCCE/UCCX) or similar contact center technologies. 5. Excellent Communication & Documentation – Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders, document VUI/IVR logic clearly, and work cross-functionally across business and tech teams. Thank you!

Experience working with CISCO infra. Experience in .NET. Experience in Voice Gateways and Telephony systems.
