They also follow up with leads and build relationships to convert potential patients into actual clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Inquiries:Responding to inbound calls from individuals interested in IVF, addressing their questions and concerns about the process, costs, and success rates.
- Providing Information:Explaining the different IVF treatment options, procedures, and protocols offered by the clinic.
- Scheduling Appointments:Coordinating consultation appointments with doctors, diagnostic tests, and other relevant procedures.
- Managing Patient Information:Maintaining accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
- Following Up:Conducting timely follow-up calls to check on patients' progress, address any new concerns, and encourage them to move forward with treatment.
- Lead Conversion:Building rapport with potential patients, addressing their doubts and concerns, and guiding them through the initial stages of the IVF process to convert leads into appointments.
- Relationship Building:Maintaining positive and professional relationships with patients to foster trust and encourage them to choose the clinic for their IVF journey.
- Database Management:Ensuring patient data is accurate and up-to-date in the clinic's database.
