Job Description

Education:

B.Sc. / M.Sc.
in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, or related fields.
BMLT / DMLT (Medical Laboratory Technology)
can also be considered in some cases

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and process gametes (oocytes and sperm) and embryos in the IVF lab.
Perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, oocyte handling, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.
Maintain aseptic conditions and follow SOPs in all laboratory procedures.
Record and maintain accurate patient and laboratory data.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Assist embryologists and clinicians in IVF, IUI, and ICSI procedures.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement in lab efficiency and success rates.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
Minimum
2 years experience in a recognized IVF center
.
Strong technical knowledge of IVF procedures and lab protocols.
