IVF Specialist

As a healthcare professional in this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various clinical duties related to New Patient Management, Infertility Assessment, and EMR recording. Your tasks will include choosing appropriate clinical treatment based on guidelines and formulary recommendations. You will be required to conduct Procedure & Financial Counselling for patients, ensuring that they understand the benefits and risks of IVF or any other recommended investigation, procedure, or treatment. Transparency in counseling is crucial to facilitate the conversion of appropriate cases. Collaborating with the nursing team, you will be involved in providing clinical treatment which includes Medication Administration, IP oversight, and monitoring in coordination with the IVF Lab Team. Additionally, you will need to offer feedback and address any issues that patients may encounter, working closely with the Center ops for seamless coordination. Monitoring quality parameters for patient care, implementing controls, and maintaining reporting mechanisms will be part of your responsibilities. Keeping track of patients" progress and updating referring OB-GYN Specialists at regular intervals will also be essential to ensure comprehensive care. Furthermore, contributing to the scientific output of the clinic through studies, presentations, publications, and other scholarly activities will be encouraged to enhance the clinic's reputation and expertise in the field.,
