IVF Sales Manager (B2B)

As an IVF Sales Manager (B2B) at Quant Five Consultancies in Rewari, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the fertility care segment. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing strong referral relationships with gynecologists, physicians, and clinics to generate IVF patient leads. - Scouting and identifying new locations for potential outreach and camp activities. - Planning and executing Camps, CMEs, and Doctor Engagement Events to enhance brand visibility and patient inflow. - Monitoring referral performance, ensuring timely communication, and follow-up with partner doctors. - Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for patient acquisition and referral growth. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - A proven track record in B2B referral marketing within the IVF/Healthcare/Diagnostics/Pharma industry. - Strong network and relationship management skills with doctors. - Excellent communication and field execution abilities. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. - Prior experience in IVF or Fertility Marketing will be a strong advantage.
