We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IVF Sales Manager (B2B) who can build strong doctor networks, organize medical outreach programs, and generate consistent patient referrals. --- Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong referral relationships with gynecologists, physicians, and clinics to generate IVF patient leads. Scout and identify new locations for potential outreach and camp activities. Plan and execute Camps, CMEs, and Doctor Engagement Events to enhance brand visibility and patient inflow. Monitor referral performance, ensure timely communication and follow-up with partner doctors. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for patient acquisition and referral growth. --- Ideal Candidate Proven track record in B2B referral marketing within the IVF / Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pharma industry.
