Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IVF Counselor to join our fertility team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IVF treatment processes and excellent communication skills to handle patient queries, counseling, and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to patients undergoing IVF, IUI, and related fertility treatments
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial packages clearly
Coordinate between doctors, embryologists, and patients
Maintain patient records and follow-up schedules
Offer emotional support and help patients manage stress during treatment
Assist in patient education and awareness programs

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of IVF process and fertility treatments
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Strong coordination & organizational skills
Computer proficiency (MS Office, EMR handling)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
