Ivalua Business Systems Analyst - IT

As a Business Systems Analyst - IT at Flex in Chennai, you will be a valuable member of the team, reporting to the Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed requirement gathering sessions and documenting business requirements. - Configuring workflow steps, creating performer functions, approvers, approval buttons, and enabling alerts, callback validation, and additional features in Ivalua. - Defining test plans, creating test scripts, completing site-specific quality assurance testing, collaborating with technical resources for deployment and support. - Managing the User Management process in Ivalua, including user creation, modifying user profiles, updating users via ETL, new authorization and profile creation, and creating homepages for new profiles. - Updating master data via ETL. - Handling L2 & L3 issues in Purchase Requisitions, Budget, Catalogs, Sourcing projects, Contracts, Orders, Deliveries, Auctions through the ticketing tool. - Monitoring open tickets in Service Now and resolving issues within prescribed Service Level Agreements. - Monitoring EAI failures and system logs. - Resolving technical issues reported by users through Zoom calls for high priority issues to identify and understand the problem. - Providing Ivalua training on Purchase requisition creation, PO Management, Budget, Sourcing, Auctions, and contract creation to business users across Asia, Europe, and America regions. The qualifications we seek in a candidate include any graduate with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in IT, familiarity with Ivalua, handling L2 & L3 issues, flexibility to work in rotational shifts (7am-4pm & 2pm-11pm), and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
