Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the Service Management for Incident, Change, and Knowledge Management. Your key competencies will include Incident Management and Change Management. You should have 4-6 years of relevant experience in this field. This position is based in TCS Chennai. Your essential skills should include Incident Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. Additionally, exposure to Service Now and Slack RCA Report would be desirable. In terms of qualifications, you should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, Analytical Skills, Administrative Assistance skills, and Problem-solving skills. Having an ITSM certification would be a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. Please note that immediate to 30 days joiners are preferred for this role. Shortlisted candidates will be expected to attend a physical walk-in interview at TCS Chennai on 4th March 2025.,
