ITSM - Account Service Operations Sr Associate

NTT DATA is looking for an ITSM - Account Service Operations Sr Associate to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and administering ITIL based service support on a 24x7 basis. This includes managing service delivery processes such as incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management. Additionally, you will be required to compile, analyze, and report statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness. You will also be expected to focus on identifying gaps and process improvements, as well as suggesting and implementing ITIL best practices. Knowledge in Cloud computing and Cloud Infrastructure automation is crucial for this role, along with experience in ServiceNow ITSM. Adaptability in communication techniques for various internal and external audiences is essential, as well as the ability to monitor alerts and manage Critical Incidents. To be considered for this position, you should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proficiency in ITSM and Cloud Infrastructure is a must, along with a good understanding of ITIL processes, principals, and tools. Familiarity with Azure/AWS/VMWARE virtual machine provisioning processes is a plus, as is experience in handling multiple accounts. Basic knowledge of SQL Server, scripting languages like Javascript/JQuery, and technologies such as Web API, Window Service, and WCF will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess strong abilities in creating and documenting processes, a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Competencies in conflict resolution, customer service, facilitation, and executive presentation are also desired.
