ITSM - Account Service Operations Sr Associate

As an ITSM -Account Service Operations Sr Associate at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, your primary responsibility will be to oversee, facilitate, and administer ITIL based service support on a 24x7 basis. You will be in charge of managing service delivery processes such as incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management. Additionally, you will compile, analyze, and report statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness. Your role will also involve focusing on identifying gaps and suggesting process improvements, as well as sharing ITIL Best practices and assisting in their implementation. A key aspect of your role will be to possess knowledge in Cloud computing and Cloud Infrastructure automation. You should have experience with at least one version of ServiceNow ITSM and be able to adapt communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal and external levels. Monitoring alerts and managing Critical Incidents will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ITSM, along with knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure. A good understanding of ITIL processes, principals & Tools is essential, and it would be beneficial to have knowledge of Azure/AWS/VMWARE virtual machine provisioning processes. Experience with handling multiple accounts, basic knowledge of SQL Server, and familiarity with scripting languages like Javascript / JQuery would be advantageous. Additionally, having knowledge of Web API / Window Service / WCF and the ability to create and document processes are desired skills. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as competencies in conflict resolution, customer service, facilitation, and executive presentation are crucial for this role.
