ITI Technician

You will be joining our manufacturing team as an ITI candidate to support the production process of Pistons, Piston Rings, Gravity & Pressure Die Casting, and Coating units. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain machines related to piston and piston ring manufacturing. - Assist in Gravity Casting and Pressure Die Casting processes. - Handle pre-machining and post-machining activities. - Conduct surface preparation and apply coatings according to specifications. - Perform quality checks as per the SOP. - Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor. - Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions. - Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams as needed. - Log production data and support process improvement initiatives. **Skills & Competencies:** - Technical knowledge of machining, casting, or coating operations. - Ability to work with measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.). - Basic understanding of process safety and quality. - Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment. - Ability to work in shifts and handle repetitive tasks with precision. You will be working in a factory-based role involving standing and operating machines. The use of PPE and adherence to safety standards are mandatory. The role may involve night shifts and day shifts, with exposure to heat, noise, and fumes typical in casting/coating environments. This is a full-time, permanent position with the expected start date of 26/06/2025. The work location is in person.,
