Experience: 0–2 years in manufacturing/solar module production

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate EL inspection, lamination, soldering equipment
- Inspect solar cells/modules, record defects
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery
- Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and maintain 5S discipline
- Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth operations
Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI certificate (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
- Basic experience in machine operation, electronic testing
- Meticulous, safety-oriented, good communicator
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
