Job Description: ITI Operator (Manufacturing)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated ITI Operators to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and maintaining manual machines such as CNC, VMC, Honning, and other conventional equipment. Freshers will be provided with structured training, while experienced candidates are expected to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manual machines including CNC, VMC, Honning, and related equipment.
• Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic maintenance of machines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: ITI qualification in Fitter or Turner stream.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome (training will be provided). Candidates with relevant machine operation experience will be preferred.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of machine tools and mechanical processes.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Training & Development

• Comprehensive training program for freshers covering machine operation, safety, and quality standards.
• Hands-on exposure to CNC, VMC, Honning, and other manual machines.

Work Environment

• Location: Manufacturing plant floor – Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Shift-based work may be required.
