ITI Operator

As an ITI Operator (Fresher) at our Food Processing Plant in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, you will be an integral part of our Operations/Production department specializing in Frozen French Fries manufacturing. We are a rapidly growing company with a modern plant equipped with automated machinery, offering a professional work environment that fosters learning and growth. Your main responsibility will be to operate and monitor machinery on the production line, including tasks such as sorting, peeling, frying, freezing, and packaging. Under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers, you will also assist in basic machine maintenance, adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures, conduct quality checks, and ensure cleanliness in the work area. To excel in this role, you should hold an ITI qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter/Food Processing or a relevant trade. You must be willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night), be physically fit to stand for long hours, possess a quick learning ability, and exhibit a positive attitude. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with quality and maintenance teams for ensuring a smooth production flow. Working in our automated food processing unit, you will have the opportunity to learn and adapt to the systems used in our plant while maintaining daily records of production and maintenance activities.
