Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chakan for an ITI Diploma holder. The role involves the hands-on operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment, quality inspection of products, and assisting with daily production activities. Additional tasks include identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and contributing to the production team for optimal efficiency and workflow management.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in equipment handling, machine operations, and mechanical problem-solving.
• Inspection and Maintenance: Skills in performing quality checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting machinery.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle production activities, ensure workflow efficiency, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge and practice of workplace safety standards and protocols.
• Additional Qualifications: ITI Diploma qualification in a relevant field. Experience in manufacturing or production environments is beneficial.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal communication abilities and teamwork to collaborate effectively within the production team.
