Job Description – Fresher (IT/Electrical)

About the Role
We are looking for a Fresher from IT or Electrical background to join our assembling unit for hair accessories. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates who want to start their career in manufacturing and operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist in the assembly of hair accessories as per production guidelines.
* Work with the electrical/IT components involved in product assembly.
* Ensure proper functioning and quality checks during the assembly process.
* Maintain records of daily production work.
* Coordinate with supervisors and follow safety standards on the shop floor.
*Requirements*
* Diploma / ITI / Graduate in IT or Electrical field.
* Fresher candidates are welcome.
* Basic technical knowledge of assembly and handling of electrical components.
* Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setup.
* Good team player with attention to detail.
