ITI / Diploma Freshers

As an operator in our company, your role involves operating and monitoring computer-controlled sterilization machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will also be responsible for setting up machines with the required parameters and ensuring their smooth functioning. Additionally, you will supervise and manage ground workers, conduct routine checks to maintain efficiency and safety standards, and identify as well as troubleshoot minor mechanical/electrical issues. It is crucial to maintain logs, production records, and report any discrepancies while adhering to safety guidelines and quality control measures. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with maintenance teams for periodic servicing and repairs. Qualifications Required: - ITI, Diploma in any stream, or a Degree in any stream - Candidates with +2 education and computer awareness will also be considered - Freshers are welcome to apply The company offers a 12-hour shift schedule (8 hours + 4 hours) for this full-time position with health insurance benefits. The work location is in person.
