As an Computer-Controlled Sterilization Machine Operator, your role involves operating and monitoring computer-controlled sterilization machines as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for setting up machines with the required parameters to ensure smooth functioning. Additionally, you will supervise and manage ground workers while conducting routine checks to maintain efficiency and safety standards. In case of minor mechanical or electrical issues, you will be expected to identify and troubleshoot them effectively. Maintaining logs, production records, and reporting discrepancies will also be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial for you to adhere to safety guidelines and quality control measures, as well as coordinate with maintenance teams for periodic servicing and repairs. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor computer-controlled sterilization machines as per SOPs. - Set up machines with required parameters and ensure smooth functioning. - Supervise and manage ground workers. - Conduct routine checks to maintain efficiency and safety standards. - Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical/electrical issues. - Maintain logs, production records, and report discrepancies. - Adhere to safety guidelines and quality control measures. - Coordinate with maintenance teams for periodic servicing and repairs. Qualifications Required: - ITI, Diploma in any stream, or Degree in any stream. - Candidates with +2 education and computer awareness will also be considered. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will be working 12-hour shifts (8 hours + 4 hours). This position is open to freshers, and it is a full-time job.
