ITI Diploma-Fresher

Position :CNC Machine operator

Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: ITI Diploma – Fitter / Machinist / Tool & Die / Mechanical
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Aerospace

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (Turning, Milling, or Grinding) as per production requirements
• Interpret and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and job orders
• Perform basic machine setup and tool changes
• Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct regular quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
• Ensure machines are cleaned and maintained regularly
• Follow all safety protocols and report any issues to the supervisor

Key Skills:

• CNC Machine Operation
• Machine Setup & Tool Change
• Basic Programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas – if applicable)
• Blueprint Reading
• Quality Inspection Tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge)
• Knowledge of ISO/TS safety standards (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
