Role Overview: As an IT&D Product Manager core HR & T&A at Reckitt, you will be a crucial part of the IT&D Transformation team, responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining IT&D solutions in the HR function. Your role will focus on applications supporting employee Joiner, Leaver, Transfer processes, organization structure, absence, and Time & attendance. You will play a key role in governing and enforcing standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives related to SuccessFactors and other applications within Reckitt. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team to effectively deliver and maintain IT applications according to business needs - Support the development of a blueprint for standardized HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify future change processes - Govern and enforce standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives related to HR Systems solutions within Reckitt - Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, or simplify the HR Systems landscape - Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure alignment with Reckitt practices in functional designs - Conduct design workshops for requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications, and design Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in managing and implementing HR/Rewards solutions - Experience in working with internal and external applications environment - Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module - Knowledge of SuccessFactors Absence modules and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus - Experience in consolidating applications, especially Time & Attendance (T&A) - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers - Experience in supporting complex change and/or multi-disciplinary projects - Strong relationship-building skills - Effective time management and organizational skills - Critical thinking and logical problem-solving approach - Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly at senior levels - Ability to prioritize work, balance competing demands, deal with conflict, mediate, handle ambiguity, and cope with change Additional Details: - The role offers opportunities for continuous learning and development through working on impactful projects across various business areas within Reckitt. - You will have the support and investment to bring your ideas to fruition and advance your potential. - The company values equality and promotes a cleaner, healthier world through its products and solutions.
