Job Description

Role Overview: As the IT&D Product Manager core HR & T&A at Reckitt, you will be a key member of the IT&D Transformation team responsible for designing, delivering, and sustaining IT&D solutions in the HR function. Your role will involve managing applications that support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfer processes, organization structure, absence, and time & attendance. You will play a crucial role in governing and enforcing standardized solutions for projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to SuccessFactors and other applications within Reckitt. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team to effectively deliver and maintain IT applications according to business needs - Support the development of a blueprint for standardized HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify future change processes - Govern and enforce standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives related to HR systems within Reckitt - Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, or simplify the HR systems landscape - Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure alignment with Reckitt practices in functional designs - Conduct design workshops to gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, create functional specifications, and design solutions Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in managing and implementing HR/Rewards solutions - Experience in working with internal and external applications environments - Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module - Knowledge of SuccessFactors Absence modules and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus - Experience in the consolidation of applications, especially Time & Attendance - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers - Experience in supporting complex change and multi-disciplinary projects - Strong relationship-building skills - Effective time management and organizational skills - Critical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities - Strong negotiation and influencing skills, especially at senior levels - Prioritization skills to balance competing demands - Conflict resolution and mediation skills - Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change Additional Company Details: Reckitt is a global company dedicated to protecting, healing, and nurturing in the pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.
