Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Italian Cook to join our culinary team. The candidate should be experienced in preparing authentic Italian dishes, from fresh pasta and pizzas to classic sauces and regional specialties. You will ensure quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining kitchen standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes such as pasta, risotto, pizza, and antipasti.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients.
• Contribute to menu development with creative Italian specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage portion sizes and minimize food wastage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook / Demi Chef / Commis specializing in Italian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques.
• Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
