Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Trainer (Hardware & Networking) to train and mentor students in hardware and networking technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Computer Hardware, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows/Linux)
• Explain and demonstrate concepts related to LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, IP Configuration, Network Security, etc.
• Prepare course material, assignments, and technical assessments
• Conduct practical labs and help students troubleshoot technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and update curriculum as needed
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support students in certifications like CompTIA, CCNA, or similar (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BST-IT)
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware & networking
• Strong knowledge of computer assembly, maintenance, OS installation, network setup and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred
• Certification in CompTIA A+, N+, or CCNA is an added advantage
