Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled and dependable IT Technician cum PRO for our office in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laptop and printer repair and maintenance, IT hardware support, and basic networking. The role also includes PRO-related responsibilities, such as document submissions, office errands, and visits to government offices. Candidates must possess valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses and be able to handle transportation of IT equipment and documents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Perform software installations, updates, and basic system troubleshooting.
• Support internal teams with day-to-day IT needs and hardware setups.
• Handle PRO tasks including collecting/submitting official documents, visiting government offices, and running office errands.
• Maintain proper records of installations, repairs, and IT asset inventory.
• Ensure safe transportation and handling of IT hardware and documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT hardware experience (laptops, printers, networking).
• Strong knowledge in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Must have valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses.
• Proficient in operating systems (Windows/Linux) and office software.
• Ability to handle external PRO work efficiently and professionally.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age 25 years and above.
• Must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.
• Experience with brands like HP, Canon, Dell, Epson, etc.
• Smart, proactive candidates with leadership qualities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
