Job Summary:
The IT Technical Manager will lead and oversee the technical teams responsible for delivering IT services, ensuring high-quality solutions, timely project delivery, and adherence to industry best practices. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align IT operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT technical teams including System Engineers, Network Engineers, and Security Specialists.
• Oversee implementation, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance processes for IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, IT regulations, and organizational standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members, including performance reviews and career growth guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend innovations to improve service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT operations, systems, network, or cybersecurity management.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
